He’s the original demon, the one who started it all, and his change from a weak human to an immortal demon is important to the whole story. This physician doctor made a new medicine using a rare blue spider lily flower. But the treatment didn’t work right away. Muzan got angry and killed the doctor. After he killed the doctor, Muzan realized the medicine was starting to work. His body began to change a lot.
